Singaporeans' fashion sense is really deteriorating. Out of maybe 10 people I saw today, 4 of them dressed really weirdly. A lady who sat opposite me in the bus today used weird combinations of make-up to match her blue dress and it was really eye-catching. Aye. Who said doing make-up was easy?
